“From the forest to the buyer”
Bigimp Ltd. was established in 1995 with the main aim of meeting the demand for construction and joinery lumber.
Our growing stock of goods has steadily grown to over 500 m3 in 2001, making us a reliable storage base for lumber users. In the meantime, our palette has been expanded with products that complimented our main profile well.
The year 2012 was a great step forward for our business. The company has moved to a new location next to the Pozava Circle where we can now welcome customers in an area of 7500 m2. In our indoor hall, a modern arm-rack system provides the best conditions for storing timber.
The range of our products has grown to 8 species due to the interest in hard leafy species such as beech, oak and cherry.
Investments have also increased our services. In order to sell a higher quality sheet product, we installed a vertical sheet sawing machine. We also developed our planer plant and put a 4-head machine into production.
In the second half of 2012, we started our sawmill under the aegis of our affiliated company WoodHolz Hungary Kft., where we process the best quality logs in our country. The resulting carpentry lumber is gently dried in our own drying chamber under optimal conditions.
Our goal is to represent the direction of selling our country’s resources on the Hungarian market by building our own homes!
